praxisdigital.at is a productised web design service targeting Austrian medical practices that either lack a website entirely or are stuck with outdated ones. At its core is a custom-built website configurator, inspired by Apple's product builder, that lets doctors click through options, appointment booking, prescriptions, team pages, opening hours, maps and submit a request without any technical knowledge. Within a week, they receive a working prototype tailored to their practice.
The technical backbone is a fully custom PHP/MySQL CMS, designed to be deployed once per client, each practice gets its own installation, database, and hosting on Hetzner. The system includes a multi-tier permission model, DSGVO-compliant cookie handling, dynamic theming, image processing, and modular feature toggles. To fuel the pipeline, I built an automated lead-generation script using the OpenStreetMap Overpass API that finds Austrian medical practices without websites, no paid tools or API keys required. The project also includes a marketing site, a consultation booking page with WhatsApp integration.
